1. What NavGPT Does
NavGPT is a browser extension that enhances your ChatGPT experience by adding a sidebar to help you navigate and manage prompts.
NavGPT runs locally in your browser and is not affiliated with or endorsed by OpenAI.
2. License to Use
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use NavGPT.
- You may not share or resell your license key
- You may not attempt to bypass usage limits
- You may not reverse engineer or redistribute the extension
- You may not use NavGPT for unlawful purposes
Each paid license is intended for use on a single browser installation unless otherwise stated.
3. Free Tier and Pro License
NavGPT may include:
- A free trial period
- A limited free tier
- A paid Pro license
If you purchase a Pro license:
- You may need to activate it with a license key
- License validation may occur periodically
- License access may be revoked if misuse or abuse is detected
4. Payments and Refunds
Payments are handled by a third-party payment provider.
We do not store payment details.

5. Privacy
NavGPT does not collect or transmit your ChatGPT conversations.
We do not use analytics, tracking, or advertising systems inside the extension.

- Compatibility with future changes to ChatGPT
- Error-free operation
Because NavGPT interacts with third-party services, changes to those services may affect functionality.

To the maximum extent allowed by law:
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of NavGPT.
Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for NavGPT in the past 12 months.
